      Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
    4. Warning
      While we offer the functionality for you to upload forms, we highly recommend you consider mail or email for submitting forms with sensitive or identifying information. Your security is our priority.
    5. Submit the completed Vendor’s License Application to the City of Inkster Clerk’s Office with the following documentation:
      Recommend moving forward with a method in which you can submit documents together. If you print this form, consider submitting physical copies of the form. If you prefer email, email the City Clerk these forms for added security.
    6. Documentation
      - Non-Refundable Application Fee - Cash, check, or money order to the City of Inkster
      - Two 2 inch by 2 inch passport size photos (including head and shoulders) taken within the last 60 days
      - Health Department Permit
      - Copy of Michigan Sales Tax Certificate (if exempt, attach a copy of a Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption, Form Number 3372)
      - Copy of Michigan Driver’s License or Michigan State Identification Card
      - Letter of Employment from Employer stating employee name, start date of employment and duties as vendor (if employed)

    7. Optional Online Form Uploads
      These forms do need to be submitted, but print and email are also methods for submittal.
    8. For the Sale of Christmas Trees Only
    9. Letter from the Building Department indicating the location has the appropriate zoning.
    10. Letter of permission from the property owner
