MASTER PLAN UPDATE IN PROGRESS
The City of Inkster is updating the Master Plan, which describes the community’s vision for the future, and guides policy for housing, economic development, and infrastructure. The updated Master Plan will be rooted in the desires and vision of residents, business owners, and community stakeholders. What is a Master Plan?
We're updating our Master Plan to better match what the community wants and needs. This website is where you'll find all the info about how we're planning things.
A Master Plan is like a roadmap for how a community grows and stays strong. It sets clear goals and plans for things like buildings, parks, and roads. Even if a community is already all built up, a Master Plan is still super important. It helps make sure things stay nice and keep getting better.
