WAYNE COUNTY, MI - SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Effective Wednesday, April 15, 2020, the Wayne County Clerk’s Office - Elections Division will re-open to the public for Candidate/Petition Filings on select dates listed below by appointment only. Due to the COVID-19 Governor’s Stay at Home Executive Order, we strongly encourage filing my mail. Mailed submissions must be notarized and filing fees (no personal checks) must be enclosed. For those that need to file in person, limited appointments are available.
Services provided at this time are being limited to candidate/petition filings and some Campaign Finance services. There will be NO in-person filings of Precinct Delegate affidavits at this time, however, candidates may submit their completed notarized affidavit via mail to the address below.
