Bids must conform to the attached specifications. All bids must be in the hands of the Inkster City Clerk's office by 10:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time on Friday, October 9, 2020. Bids will be read through a virtual zoom meeting.

The envelope must be sealed and labeled "Municipal Buildings Janitorial Service"
The City of Inkster Council reserves the right to accept or reject, completely or in part, any or all bids and to waive any irregularity in the best interest of the City of Inkster.
