Storage of nuisances on exterior premises is prohibited. Examples of nuisances include:
Tires, motor vehicle parts, concrete and bricks, brush piles, woodpiles, boxes, newspapers, rags, barrels and oil drum type containers, furniture and appliances manufactured for indoor use, construction or renovation debris, dumpsters left on property for more than 10 days; etc.
Nonfunctioning items stored on property can also be deemed nuisances. Examples include barbecue grills; swimming and wading pools; bicycles; lawn and garden furniture; lawn mowers; snow blowers; trailers; basketball goals; downed telephone lines; etc.
That which is unwholesome, injurious to life or property, or does not conform to the neighborhood standards is deemed a nuisance.
