The Enhance Fitness Program is a free class geared toward improving the overall fitness and well-being of primarily older adults. All adults are welcome-even those with physical disabilities or who travel by wheelchair. The one-hour classes focus on cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, flexibility, and balance training. A certified fitness instructor leads classes three times a week to provide social stimulation as well as physical benefits to participants.
