The mission of the Inkster Police Department is to be responsive to the needs of all persons within the City by providing excellence in police service. In partnership with the community, we commit to the highest standard of professionalism, integrity and accountability.

The office of the Interim Chief is open Monday-Friday 9:00am until 5:00p.m
Our Department is open 24/7, for emergencies dial 911, general information call (313) 563-9850.
