2013 – 2014 Final Statement

Wayne County Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG)

In compliance with federal guidelines, the City of Inkster approved final projects and funding levels for Inkster’s allocation of the 2013 – 2014 Wayne County CDBG Program funding as follows:

Bond Repayment for Relocation, Acquisition And Project Administration	Within Carver Homes Subdivision (Irene on the East, Northland on the West, York on the South and Carlysle on the North)	$245,000
Administration	City-Wide	$ 18,800
Code Enforcement	City-Wide	$ 30,995
Housing Rehabilitation	City-Wide	$ 20,000
	Total Estimated Allocation	$314,795

The estimated request reflects the 2011 – 2012 allocation (per the County’s request). The above activities meet HUD’s National Objectives by benefiting low and moderate income persons and aiding in the prevention or elimination of slums or blight. To submit comments, please contact M.
