Performance Dashboard

As part of State of Michigan new municipal finance requirements, the City of Inkster is now providing two documents to the local community; a Citizens' Guide - which summarizes key financial trends broken down in several areas to show the City's current fiscal health, and a Dashboard - which displays several measurements that provides a view of the overall quality of life trend in the community, a new Consolidation Plan which displays areas of intergovernmental cooperation and consolidation, and an Employee Compensation Plan - which displays how the City intends to manage retirement and health care benefit costs in the future, and the Economic Vitality Incentive Program Certification of Accountability and Transparency.
