Election Commission Meeting
December 5, 2011
Agenda
- 1. Authorize the City Clerk to conduct the February 28, 2012
Presidential Primary Election for the citizens of Inkster all
districts.
- 2. Authorize the City Clerk to administer mandated tests on the
voting equipment (30 units) and schedule a public accuracy test.
- 3. Authorize funds to conduct the Presidential Primary Election
(estimate attached).
- 4. Authorize the City Clerk to hire/request additional staff and
election workers (list attached).
- 5. Allow the City Clerk to utilize a Receiving Board to verify
incoming precinct information.
- 6. Any other business may be discussed, if a full complement of
Commission is in attendance.
