    1. Discussion/Action: Police Chief Gregory B. Gaskin - Authorize the Inkster Police Department to lease eight (8) Harley Davidson Eletra Guide Police motorcycles from Town and County Sports Center in the amount of $16,000.00 to be paid for out of the Justice Assistance Grand Funds (101.305.505.044).
    2. Discussion/Action: Carl Brooks, DPS Director - Authorize Kropf Mechanical Service Co. to replace the heating unit at City Hall that services the Treasury Department in the amount of $8,573.00 plus 15% contingency of$1,285.95. Total amount $9,858.95.
    3. Discussion/Action: Mark Lloyd, Community Development Director - Consider approving a special conditions use request and site plan to allow replacement of three (3) existing antennae and installation of six (6) new remove radio heads and new cable to be located on the exterior of an existing rooftop and in the penthouse at the Cherry Hill Apartments, commonly known as 29477 Cherry Hill Road as recommended by the Planning Commission on December 12, 2011.
    4. Discussion/Action: Mark D. Lloyd, Community Development Director - Approval to accept all tax foreclosed properties from the Wayne County Treasurer being transferred to the city on January 9, 2012.
