- Discussion/Action: Carl Brooks, DPS Director - Extend
janitorial contract for one year with two additional one year city
options.
- Discussion/Action: Police Chief Gregory B. Gaskin -
Approve a contract between the City of Inkster and the Romulus Animal
Shelter to house our city's stray dogs.
- Discussion/Action: Carl
Brooks, DPS Director - Consider authorizing the Administration to accept
the proposal from Cherryhill Motorsports to perform routine maintenance
and vehicle repairs for the City of Inkster vehicle fleet at the rate of
$35.00 per hour.
- Discussion/Action: Mark Lloyd, Economic
Development Director - Consider paying 50% of the water bills that the
DDA is being requested to pay for the irrigation of the Michigan A venue
median in the Downtown District. Total cost is $36,224.88, including
penalties. Total payment requested from the general fund is $17,910.26
which excludes penalties.
- Discussion/Action: Mark Stuhldreher,
City Treasurer - Approve State selected accounting firm to perform a
"cash flow" audit.

councilmembers to attend the MML newly elected officials training in Ann
Arbor on December 7, 2011.
