    3. Discussion/Action: Gregory B. Gaskin, Police Chief - Purchase of e-ticket units from Iytek Law Enforcement Software Solutions to be paid from Account #101.323.505.044 (2010 JAG Grant).
    4. Discussion/Action: Gregory B. Gaskin, Police Chief - Payment for K-9 unit; dog purchase, training and equipment from the K-9 Academy to be paid from Account #101.323.505.044 (2010 JAG Grant).
    5. Discussion/Action: Gregory B. Gaskin, Police Chief - Approval of Contract between the City of Inkster and Inkster Public Schools for a School Resource Officer.
    6. Discussion/Action: Mark D. Lloyd, Director of Community Development - Consider the approval of a Special Condition Use (SCU), Planning Commission Case #11-07 (SCU), in conjunction with a Site Plan (SP), Planning Commission Case # 11-08 (SP); to allow the operation of an indoor gardening center on the premises of property commonly identified as 27332 Michigan A venue, which is located near the northeast corner of Michigan A venue and Inkster Road.
    7. Discussion/Action: Mark D. Lloyd, Director of Community Development - Enter into a contract with the recommended highest qualified bidder to provide professional environmental services for the implementation of the City's US Environmental Protection Agency Petroleum and Hazardous Assessment Grants.
    8. Discussion/Action: Carl Brooks, DPS Director - Consider approving residential water shut-off policy for non-payment.
    9. Discussion/Action: Ann K. Capel a, City Manager - Authorization for Administration to renew the Retainer Agreement Between the City of Inkster and Governmental Consultant Services, Inc. (GCSI) as Lobbyist for the City of Inkster. This is a one-year (12 months) agreement at a rate of $3,000 per month and continuing on a month-to month basis until written notice of termination is served with 30 days prior notice.
