Council Special Meeting Agenda - 6:00 PM

  1. Call Meeting to Order
    1. Roll Call
  2. Approval of Agenda
  3. Public Participation
  4. Previous Business
    1. Approve the 2011/2012 Fiscal Year Budget.
  5. New Business
    1. Authorize the City Manager with City Attorney to review to negotiate and enter into to an agreement with Plante Moran to provide the City of Inkster accounting, budgeting, financial and audit preparation services until the City is able to retain a Treasurer/Controller or enter into shared financial services with another governmental body. The amount for these services would not exceed what has been budgeted for the salary of the Treasurer/Controller for FY 2011/12 unless otherwise authorized by Council.
  6. Any other business may be discussed, if a full complement of Council is in attendance.

CLOSED SESSION

Council may enter into Closed Session to discuss contract negotiations, purchase or lease of real property and/or pending litigation in accordance with MCL 15.268 (a), (c), (d), and/or (e).
