    1. Discussion/Action: Letter of Engagement for Miller Canfield, as Bond Counsel for State Revolving Fund Combined Sewer Overflow Project 5287-03 Financing
    2. Discussion/Action: Consider approving the attached ballot language, for the election of August 2, 2011. The Mayor and Council of the City of Inkster has determined that the City should borrow money and issue general obligation bonds of the City, in one or more series, for the purpose of providing funds to the pay for all or part of the cost of the Improvements (Eastern CSO outfalls control project and Partial diversion of storm water from Ecorse Creek to Rouge River). It is necessary to submit the issuance of the bonds to the qualified electors of the City for a vote.
    3. Discussion/Acton: Ann Capela, City Manager - Equip for Life is requesting a resolution acknowledging that the organization is a recognized non-profit in the community for the purpose of applying for a Charitable Gaming License.
    4. Discussion/Action: William Lawrence - Adoption of Premium Only Plan for the City of Inkster.
    5. Discussion/Action: William Lawrence - Approval of contract with Basic for Cobra, FMLA and Flexible Spending.
    6. Discussion/Action: William Lawrence - Ratification of Police Patrol Contract.
    7. Discussion/Action: Request For Proposal (RFP) for City of Inkster, City Legal Services (City Attorney).
    8. Discussion/Action: Seek authorization from Mayor and City Council for payment of Motorcycle Leases from Motor City Harley Davidson n the amount of $12,000. Monies taken from the Justice Assistance Grant funds from line item 101-323-977-100.
