    1. Discussion! Action: Youth and Parent Iron Flexx Fitness Movement - Iron Flexx Sculptured Muscle Strength Building Center is requesting a resolution acknowledging that the organization is a recognized non-profit in the community for the purposes of applying a Charitable Gaming License.
    2. Discussion/Action: Velida Gutierrez, City Clerk - Consider approving the Michigan Conference of Seventh-Day Adventists door-to-door missionary work in the City of Inkster during the months of June, July, and August.
    3. Discussion/Action: Mark D. Lloyd, Director of Planning, Building & Economic Development - Consider approving an amendment of the Downtown Development Authority By-Laws, allowing the Authority to consist of twelve (12) members and the chief executive officer
    4. Discussion/Action: Mark D. Lloyd, Director of Planning, Building & Economic Development - Consider approving top two (2) candidates for Hearing Officer position as recommended by the interview team; also direct staff to enter into contract for service.
    5. Discussion/Action: Mark D. Lloyd, Director of Planning, Building & Economic Development - Consider approval of Special Condition Use (SCU # 10-26) in conjunction with Site Plan (SP# 1 0-27); to allow the operation of a charitable gaming room on the premises located at 29709 Michigan Avenue, located between MiddlebeIt and Henry Ruff Roads.
    6. Discussion/Action: Mark D. Lloyd, Director of Planning, Building & Economic Development - Consider offering an induction as Honorary Citizen of the City of Inkster for Development and Business Partnership Opportunities to Chinese Delegates during their visit to the City on April 15, 2011.
    7. Discussion/Action: Muzaffar Lakhani, Director - Department of Engineering - Consider approving the attached Resolution of Necessity for the Sewer Easement for property located at 28742 Annapolis, per the recommendation of the City Attorney.
    8. Discussion/Action: Carl Brooks, DPS Director - Consider approving a Cross Connection Control Inspection Program with Midwest Backflow Prevention.
    9. Discussion/Action: Carl Brooks, DPS Director - Consider approving a Backflow Preventer Testing and Repair Contract with North Star Plumbing, Inc.
    10. Discussion/Action: Carl Brooks, DPS Director - Consider approving an "as needed" Water & Sewer Repair Contract with Pritula & Sons LLC for three (3) years.
    11. Support resolution re-establishing the 22nd District Court building fund for the Justice Center bond shortfall.
