Discussion/Action: Ann K Capela, City Manager - Resolution approving issuance of Tax Increment Finance Authority Bonds by the City of Inkster, Tax Increment Finance Authority, pledging limited tax full faith and credit to payment of such bonds and authorizing certain filings with the Michigan Department of Treasury,
      Discussion/Action: Mark D. Lloyd, Planning, Building, and Economic Development Director· Proposed Trinity Estate Development - Request for tax abatement.
    2. Discussion/Action: Milton Spokojny, City Attorney - People's Community Hope for Homes/Trinity Estates - Request to set aside of the default proceeding on the project commonly know as Trinity Estates.
    3. Discussion/Action: Velida Gutierrez, City Clerk - Approve a block party request/outdoor tea for High Praise Cathedral of Faith at 4010 Moore St. on October 2, 2010
    4. Discussion/Action: Gregory B. Gaskin, Police Chief - Seek Mayor and City Council endorsement for Sgt. Smithon to attend command and staff school at the Dearborn Heights Police Department through Northwestern University. Funds are to come out of Training/Education. Act # 101-315·960-000.
    5. Discussion/Action: Gregory B. Gaskin, Police Chief - Payment of Educational Allowance for Gene Derwick in accordance with contractual guidelines, Article XXXIII, section 33.5 POAM agreement. Budgeted funds from 310-712-000 (Educational Allowance ).
    6. Discussion/Action: Mark D. Lloyd, Planning, Building, and Economic Development Director - Enter into a contract with Building Works Construction to perform sidewalk replacement services under the Wayne County CDBG Minor Repair Program.
    7. Discussion/Action: Peter Dobrzeniecki, Treasurer - Approve budget amendment for Wheatley Park Project.
