- Discussion/Action: Mark D. Lloyd, Director of Planning, Building,
and Economic Development - Consider transferring ownership of the Allen
Lumber site to the DDA.
- Discussion/Action: Mark D. Lloyd, Director of Planning, Building,
and Economic Development - Enter into a contract with the recommended
lowest responsible bidder to provide construction services for the
redevelopment of Wheatley Park utilizing Wayne County, Tigers Foundation
and City TIFA funds.
- Discussion/Action: Mark L. Lloyd, Director of Planning, Building,
and Economic Development-Consider approving a Brownfield Plan for the
Inkster Market Place.
- Discussion/Action: Ann K. Capela, City Manager - Consider approval
of payment to Canton Concrete in the amount of $7,887.00 for the Inkster
road sidewalk installation, north of Michigan Avenue. Funds from account
202.471.782.000, Major Street Fund (Road Maintenance Supplies).
- Discussion/Action: Ann K. Capela, City Manager - Approve ballot
language for proposed Library Millage to be placed on the November
2,2010 Gubernatorial Ballot.
