- Discussion/Action: Ann K. Capela, City Manager - Authorize City
Administration to work with Attorney Anne Seurynck of Foster Swift and City
Attorney to prepare the necessary documents to place the issue of Inkster
Public Library on the November 2010 ballot and to authorize the necessary
funds for the implementation of this action.
- Discussion/Action: Mark Lloyd, Director, Planning, Building and Economic
Development - Consider extending the existing moratorium on zoning and
business license applications for medical marijuana establishments for one
hundred eighty (180) days to allow administration to continue conducting
research of these establishments, including but not limited to, land use,
public safety and possible amendments to the City's Zoning Code and Code of
Ordinances.
- Discussion/Action: Gregory McCaffery, DPS Director - Consider accepting
Ford Municipal Quotation, Bid # 64832, Municipal lease-purchase of five (5)
vehicles, four (4) for the Police Department and one (1) for the Fire
Department, in the amount of $38,646.41 over a three-year period totaling
$110,812.50 including interest, plus a onetime documentation fee of $425.00.
Funds from account #661-000-142-000 (Equipment Rental and Furniture).
- Discussion/Action: Fred Hill, Risk Manager - Renewal of Insurance
programs.
