In accordance with the provisions of the City of Inkster Charter, Chapter 7, Section 2, you are hereby notified of a Special Meeting of the Council of the City of Inkster, Wayne County, Michigan, to be held on Monday, July 26, 2010,at the Inkster City Hall located at 26215 Trowbridge..

The meeting has been established at 6:00 pm for the following purpose:

1. Pending Litigation discussion

2. Any other business may be discussed, if a full complement of Council is in attendance.

CLOSED SESSION

Council may enter into Closed Session to discuss contract negotiations, purchase or lease of real property and/or pending litigation in accordance with MCL 15.268 (a), (c), (d), and/or (e).
