In accordance with the provisions of the City of Inkster Charter, Chapter 7, Section 2, you are hereby notified of a Special Meeting of the Council of the City of Inkster, Wayne County, Michigan, to be held on Monday, June 28 in the Council Chambers located at 26215 Trowbridge, Inkster, Michigan.

The meeting has been established at 6:00 p.m. for the following purpose:

1. Amendment to Planned Unit Development (PUD) between City of Inkster & Boji Group
2. Amended Development Agreement
3. The library
4. The Court/court budget
5. Any other business may be discussed, if a full complement of Council is in attendance

CLOSED SESSION

Council may enter into Closed Session to discuss contract negotiations, purchase or lease of real property and/or pending litigation in accordance with MCL 15.268 (a), (c), (d), and/or (e).
