The Special Meeting of the Council of the City of Inkster, Wayne County, Michigan, convened in the Council Chambers, 26215 Trowbridge, on Thursday, October 7, 2010

Honorable Council Present: Michael Canty, Henry Crump, Marcus Hendricks, Courtney Owens, Timothy Williams, Patrick Wimberly

Honorable Council Excused: Mayor Hilliard L. Hampton II

Mayor Pro Tem opened the meeting at 6:15 p.m.

The members of City Council convened in closed session for Pending Litigation and personnel.

Moved by Owens, Seconded by Williams to go into closed session at 6:16 p.m.

Moved by Owens, Seconded by Williams to return to open session at 9:30 p.m.

Public Participation

Carmen Mitchell and Curtisene Barge were in audience requesting information on financial and personnel matters. What is intent of department on approved budget with no dollar amount?

City Manager instructed, by Council, to address questions regarding non-labeled department with no dollar amount on approved budget and the employee schedules.

There being no further business to come before Council, on motion duly made by Councilman Canty, seconded by Councilman Williams and carried, the Special Council Meeting of October 7, 2010 at 10:22 p.m.
