Monday, July 26, 2010

6:00 p.m.

The Special Meeting of the Council of the City of Inkster, Wayne County, Michigan, convened in the Council Chambers, 26215 Trowbridge, on Monday, June 28, 2010.

Call Meeting to Order

Mayor Hampton called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m.

Roll Call

Honorable Council Present: Michael Canty, Courtney Owens (arrived 6:14 pm), Timothy Williams, Marcus Hendricks, Mayor Hilliard L. Hampton II

Honorable Council Excused: Henry L. Crump, Jr., Patrick Wimberly

Council convened in closed session regarding pending litigation

Moved by Canty, Seconded by Hendricks to go into closed session at 6:11 p.m.

Moved by Williams, Seconded by Hendricks to return to open session at 7:06 p.m.

There being no further business to come before Council, on motion duly made by Councilman Hendricks, seconded by Councilman Canty and carried, the Special Council Meeting of July 26, 2010 was adjourned at 7:06 PM.
