Consider authorizing the Administration to accept the landscape
construction proposal from Torre & Brugglio to perform
installation of flowers and mulch at the Inkster City Hall in
the amount of $4,999.00 (flowers - 139 flats); combination of
Red Salvia/White Begonias and green leaf flowers @ $3,987.00 and
Mulch 22yds @ $1,012. Fund from Account #401-401-801
(Professional Services).

- Discussion/Action: Gregory B. Gaskin, Chief of Police
Approve the trade of firearms currently in the custody of the
Inkster Police Department to CMP Distributors and or Five-O
Distributors for credit.
- Discussion/Action: Gregory B. Gaskin, Chief of Police
Payment of Motorcycle Lease from Motor City Harley Davidson in
the amount of $12,000. Monies taken from Justice Assistance
Grant funds from line item 101-305-505-044.
- Discussion/Action: Kimberly L. Faison - Approve the Special
Conditions Use for a proposed antenna collocation on the rooftop
of 29477 Cherry Hill Road, Applicant Sprint.
- Discussion/Action: Kimberly L. Faison - Consider allowing
submittal of the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund Grant
Application to the Department of Natural Resources for the
Inkster Trailways Project.
- Discussion/Action: Kimberly L. Faison - Consider entering
into an Inter-Governmental Agreement (IGA) with Wayne County for
the receipt of grant funds in the amount of $75,000.00, for the
Wheatley Park Redevelopment Activities.
- Discussion/Action: Kimberly L. Faison Consider allowing
submittal of the Land and Water Conservation Application to the
Department of Natural Resources for the Wheatley Park
Redevelopment Project, which will allow for the purchase of
playground equipment.
- Discussion/Action: Ann Capela, City Manager Consider
approval authorizing the City Manager to retain the Law Firm of
Allen Brothers to assist the City of Inkster with legal matters
related to Boji Development.
- Discussion/Action: Peter Dobrzeniecki, Treasurer/Controller
Consider approval of expenses for new network communication
equipment in conjunction with AT&T telephone network system to
be recorded in the Internal Services Fund.
