City Council Agenda-Election
CALL MEETING TO ORDER
AGENDA 1. Authorize the City Clerk to conduct the May 4, 2010 School Election. 2. Authorize the City Clerk to administer mandated tests on the voting equipment (16 units) and schedule the public accuracy test. 3. Authorize funds to conduct the May 4, 2010 Election. 4. Authorize the City Clerk to hire/request additional staff and election workers to assist with the May 4, 2010 School Election. 5. Allow Clerk to utilize a receiving Board to verify election results on May 4, 2010. 6. Any other business may be discussed, if a full complement of Commission is in attendance.
