Milton Spokojny, City Attorney December
invoice in the amount of $9,937.00.
Consider authorizing payment to SEMCOG for
2010 membership dues in the amount of $3,171.00 to be paid in
quarterly increments of $729.75. Funds are budgeted in
101-100-958-000 (memberships).
Receive and file revenue and expenditure
report for period ending 12/31/2009.
Approve police and fire pension in the amount
of $141,327.35 for February 2010.

Discussion/Action: Gregory B. Gaskin, Police
Chief - Consider authorizing the installation of new gas pipe
lines from DTE, without it the new generator cannot be
installed. To be paid for out of the Equipment Maintenance fund
Acct#101-306-933-000.
Discussion/Action: Gregory B. Gaskin, Police
Chief – Consider authorizing the five year lease with Van Belkum
support for the Dictaphone system. The system we currently have
has stopped working. To be paid for out of the Equipment
Maintenance fund Account # 101-306-933-000.
Discussion/Action: Ralph Welton, Interim DPS
Director – Consider authorizing Director of Public Service to
make application to the Michigan Department of Transportation
for the necessary annual permit to work within the State trunk
line rights of way on behalf of the City of Inkster. Also
consider adopting the attached resolution to be submitted to
MDOT as part of requirements to submit the permit application.

Allow the City Clerk to attend the Michigan
Association of Municipal Clerks Institute from March 14 through
March 19, 2010 to be held at Central Michigan University in the
amount of $1,028.40, including accommodations. Funds from
account 101.215.864.000 (conference/workshop).
