The Special Meeting of the Council of the City of Inkster, Wayne County, Michigan, convened in the Council Chambers, 26215 Trowbridge, on Thursday, January 14, 2010. Call Meeting to Order Mayor Hampton called the meeting to order at 6:14. Roll Call Honorable Council Present: Michael Canty, Henry Crump, Marcus Hendricks, Courtney Owens (6:20), Timothy Williams, Patrick Wimberly (6:15), Mayor Hilliard Hampton PowerPoint® presentation by Alan C. Young and Associates with narrative by Mr. Jay Wilde. Discussion regarding the Fiscal Year 2009 audit report submitted by auditors. Key factors discussed: water rates, grants, revenue sharing calculation, and general fund balance. 10-01-008 Moved by Canty Seconded by Crump Receive and file FY 2009 Audit Report as submitted by Alan C. Young and Associates. Motion Carried Unanimously. There being no further business to come before Council, on motion duly made by Councilman Canty, seconded by Councilman Williams and carried, the Special Council Meeting of January 14, 2009 was adjourned at 7:07 PM.
