Police Chief - Consider authorizing the repair of three
drains and the opening of the concrete ceiling in the
property room to allow access to the floor drains at the
Police Department. To be paid for out the Building
Maintenance Fund Acct# 101-306-931-000.
Discussion/Action: M. Jeannie Fields,
Housing and Economic Development Manager – Consider approval
of an amendment to the Downtown Development Authority (DDA)
By-Laws, Article VI, by adding Section 7, which reads "The
annual meeting will held on the regularly scheduled meeting
in January of each year."
