The Special Meeting of the Council of the City of Inkster, Wayne County, Michigan, convened in the Council Chambers, 26215 Trowbridge, on Monday, November 23, 2009

Mayor Hilliard L. Hampton II called the meeting to order at 6:11 p.m.

Honorable Council Present: Michael Canty, Michael Greene, Marcus Hendricks, Courtney Owens, Timothy Williams, Mayor Hilliard Hampton

Honorable Council Excused: Patrick Wimberly

Discussion regarding City Manager’s contract.

09-11-326S Moved by Greene Seconded by Owens

Terminate City Manager’s contract.

Yeas: Greene, Owens, Williams

Nays: Canty, Hendricks, Mayor Hampton

Absent: Wimberly

MOTION FAILED

There being no further business to come before Council, on motion duly made by Councilman Canty, seconded by Councilman Williams and carried, the Special Council Meeting of November 23, 2009 was adjourned at 6:50 PM.
