Approval of First Reading of Storm Water Management Ordinance of the City of Inkster General Provisions Article 215-1 through Article 215-34.

A. Discussion/Action: Police Chief Gregory B. Gaskin - Authorize the purchase of police patrol vehicle for the use at Inkster Public Housing

B. Discussion/Action: Muzaffar Lakhani, City Engineer - Approve Storm Water Management Administrative Rules for the City of Inkster.

C. Discussion/Action: Designate November 2009 as National Family Caregivers Month.

D. Discussion/Action: Ralph Welton, Chief Building Official/Interim DPS Director - Authorize purchase of 250 – 5/8" water meters, with remote read device, from Badger Meter Supply, a sole source, in the amount of $19,125.00 and authorize Administration to execute any and all necessary documents to enact this resolution. Funds from account 592.564.778.000 (equipment maintenance supplies/meters).

E. Discussion/Action: Ann K. Capela, City Manager - Enter into an agreement with Strategic Staffing Solutions to conduct an IT Organization Assessment and authorize the Administration to sign on behalf of the city. Funding will be allocated to the internal service fund account on a percentage basis not to exceed $4,500.00.

F. Discussion/Action: Peter Dobrzeniecki, Treasurer/Controller - Adopt budget amendments to the 2009/2010 annual budget.

G. Discussion/Action: Peter Dobrzeniecki, Treasurer/Controller - Receive and file September 2009 Budget report.

H. Discussion/Action: Allow street closure for David Hicks Elementary School Halloween Costume Parade on October 30th.
