Approve the First Reading amending the City of Inkster Ordinance Chapter 53, Sections 53.01 through 53.84 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Inkster.

G. Discussion/Action: Gregory B. Gaskin, Police Chief - Authorize Administration to adjust the salary for the Deputy Chief of Police in accordance to the City of Inkster Salary Step Increase. Funds available in Account #101-305-707-000.

H. Discussion/Action: Gregory B. Gaskin, Police Chief – Purchase of a New Crime Scene/Mobile Command Vehicle. Justice Assistance Grant funds from Account #101-305-505-044.

I. Discussion/Action: Patrick Depa, Planning & Economic Development Director – Consider the approval of Special Conditions Use (SCU) in conjunction with the Site Plan (SP) approval; Planning Commission Case # PC09-16 (SCU); Planning Commission Case # PC09-15 (SP); The subject property is located at 314 Inkster Road, on the west side of Inkster Road, south of Cherry Hill.

J. Discussion/Action: Ron Wolkowicz, Parks & Recreation Director – Award to Johnston Lithograph, Inc. for the printing of 13,000 City of Inkster Calendars for the year 2010 in an amount of $5,980 bases upon quotations received for this project. This request is also to authorize a contingency amount of no more that $1,000 if any necessary related composition or design work may be needed. Funding from calendar account #101-000-074.

K. Discussion/Action: William N. Lawrence, Jr., Human Resources & Labor Administrator – Have Michigan Municipal League Develop Job Descriptions. Account #101-270-801.

L. Discussion/Action: Patrick Depa, Planning & Economic Development Director – Consider amending the 2009-2010 Fiscal Budget of the Downtown Development Authority (DDA).

M. Discussion/Action: Peter Dobrzeniecki, Treasurer – Transfer Appropriations - Water & Sewer Fund and adjust Water & Sewer Rates.

N. Discussion/Action: Ann Capela, City Manager - Approve administration to proceed with a course of action, that includes but is not limited to the financial audit of Strathmore Financial in accordance to Council’s previous action in enforcing the Guarantee provided to the City in the Annapolis Point Development Agreement.
