A. Discussion/Action: Archer V. Collins, DPS Director – Consider authorizing DPS to extend B&L Landscaping contract for two years at a rate of $.0482 per square yard for vacant lots and $.0520 per square yard for vacant houses; subject to the approval of the City Attorney.

B. Discussion/Action: Muzaffar Lakhani, City Engineer – Schedule a Public Hearing on June 15, 2009 for the project plan to be submitted to MDEQ for the purpose of the State Revolving Fund loan application for the CSO Phase II compliance plan.

C. Discussion/Action: Patrick Depa, Planning and Development Director – Amend the Development Agreement between the City of Inkster and the Doan Construction Company.

D. Discussion/Action: Ann Capela, City Manager – Approve 22nd District Court Expenditures exceeding $2,000.

E. Discussion/Action: Muzaffar Lakhani, City Engineer – Consider authorizing change order #1, to the contract awarded to Stantec Consulting Michigan, Inc. to provide additional professional engineering services for the increased scope of work of the Farnum District.

F. Discussion/Action: Muzaffar Lakhani, City Engineer – Consider awarding contract to Cadillac Asphalt Company to rehab Arcola Street between Cherry Hill and Somerset.

G. Discussion/Action: Peter Dobrzeniecki, City Treasurer – Adopt General and Special Appropriations Acts
