CALL MEETING TO ORDER The Special Meeting of the Council of the City of Inkster, Wayne County, Michigan, assembled in City Hall Council Chambers, 26215 Trowbridge, Inkster, MI at 5:13 p.m. ROLL CALL Honorable Council Present: Canty, Owens, Hendricks, Williams, Wimberly, Mayor Hampton Honorable Council Not Present: Greene PRESENT Ann K. Capela, City Manager Peter Dobrzeniecki, Treasurer/Controller AGENDA Discussion with Department Heads regarding 2009/2010 budget: Patrick Depa, Planning and Development Director (5:13 pm – 6:45 pm) Ron Wolkowicz, Parks and Recreation Director (6:50 pm – 7:30 pm) Councilman Wimberly excused himself at 7:03 pm. Police Chief Gregory B. Gaskin (7:34 pm – 7:57 pm) Ralph Welton, Chief Building Official (8:00 pm – 8:12 pm) Archer V. Collins, DPS Director (8:12 pm – 9:30 pm) There being no further business to come before Council, Moved by Owens, seconded by Hendricks and carried, the Special Council Meeting of April 29, 2009 was adjourned at 9:48 PM.
