CALL MEETING TO ORDER The Special Meeting of the Council of the City of Inkster, Wayne County, Michigan, assembled in City Hall Council Chambers, 26215 Trowbridge, Inkster, MI at 5:42 p.m. ROLL CALL Honorable Council Present: Canty, Greene, Owens, Hendricks, Williams, Mayor Hampton Honorable Council Not Present: Wimberly Moved by Canty, seconded by Greene to convene in closed executive session at 5:43 p.m. to discuss pending litigation in accordance with MCL 15.268. Present: Canty, Greene, Hendricks, Williams, Mayor Hampton Excused: Owens Moved by Hendricks, seconded by Wimberly, to exit closed session at 7:40 p.m.IN ATTENDANCE Ann Capela, City Manager Peter Dobrzeniecki, Treasurer/Controller Alan C. Young of Alan C. Young and Associates James D. Wilde II of Alan C. Young and Associates Surender Gupta of Alan C. Young and Associates AGENDA City Manager opened the meeting. James D Wilde II introduced himself and other members of the firm. He and Mr. Young explained the process with a power point presentation. Council was provided a copy of the Manager’s letter and the Audit Report. Question and answer discussion followed. 09-03-084 RESOLVED by Canty Seconded by Owens Receive and File the financial report with supplemental information for fiscal year ending June 30, 2008 as presented by Alan C. Young & Associates, P.C. Certified Public Accountants. There being no further business to come before Council, Moved by Canty, seconded by Wimberly and carried, the Special Council Meeting of March 23, 2009 was recessed at 6:35 PM to reconvene at Andiamo’s Restaurant, 21400 Michigan Avenue, Dearborn, MI 48126
