Milton Spokojny, City Attorney for November services.
A-5 Approve payment of $900.00 to
National Conference of Black Mayors for 2009 membership
dues.

E-1 Consider approval of the 2009-2010 proposed
final statement (with the necessary changes, if applicable) for the
Wayne County Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG).
E-2 Consider support of Home Renewal Systems (a
division of Crosswinds Communities) use of the Wayne County TURBO
Program, which includes one year tax abatement for the
rehabilitation and sale of homes within the city to be approved by
staff per application.
E-3 Consider approval to purchase Lot 159 of the
Carver Homes subdivision, otherwise known as 4109 Wayland Court,
which is located on the northeast corner of Wayland Court and
Northland Street.
E-4 Adopt a resolution decertifying certain
lengths of six different local streets currently not open for public
use and submit to the Michigan Department of Transportation.
E-5 Approve payment of invoice TSA-2009-13 in the
amount of $2,409.00 to The Senior Alliance for 2009 services
E-6 Authorize payment of $7,662.50 to
Inland Water Pollution Control, Inc. for emergency clean up of storm
lines. Funds from account #592.564.806 (repairs)

Closed Session
Council may enter into Closed Session to
discuss contract negotiations, purchase or lease of real
property and/or pending litigation in accordance with MCL 15.268
(a), (c), (d), and/or (e).
