CALL MEETING TO ORDER

AGENDA

1. Consider authorizing the City Clerk to conduct a November 4, 2008
General Election.

3. Consider authorizing funds to conduct an Election on November 4, 2008.

4. Consider authorizing the City Clerk to hire/request additional staff and election workers to assist with the Election.

5. Allow Clerk to utilize a receiving Board and two absentee voter boards for the November 4, 2008 General Election.

6. Any other business may be discussed, if a full complement of Commission is in attendance.
