AGENDA

 

 

I.                     Introductions- Purpose-Mayor Comments

 

 

II.                   Presentation by Al Bogdan, AAB Development Strategies, L.L.C.

 

·              Adaptive Reuse, Economic analysis, Marketing & Site Preparation

·              Update on Motel Owner’s Meeting: Willingness to participate

·              Short Term Solutions: Trowbridge Road - Buffering/Wall

 

III.                  Proactive approach to the redevelopment of the Rosenau site

 

·              Support for proposed projects, the need for acquisitions and appraisals as well as TIFA/Brownfield plans

·              TIFA director sitting in on all meetings related to the redevelopment of the Rosenau site.

·              Market the site as well as gain support for proposed projects, the need for accusations, TIFA/Brownfield plans and appraisals. 

 

IV.               Support the purchase of vacant property across from City Hall (.72 acres for $13,000).

 

·              Would create a connection from City Hall to Michigan Ave.

·              It is also in line with the proposed Trowbridge Sub Area Plan   

 

V.                 Final Comments/Concerns
