CALL MEETING TO ORDER

The Special Meeting of the Council of the City of Inkster, Wayne County, Michigan, assembled in Romulus Michigan at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at 6:41 p.m.

ROLL CALL

Honorable Council Present: Canty, Greene, Owens, Hendricks, Williams, Wimberly, Mayor Hampton

IN ATTENDANCE

Joyce A. Parker, City Manager

Bill Richards, Facilitator, MML

Velida Gutierrez-Smith, City Clerk

AGENDA

Bill Richards opened the meeting a discussion on Management, Leaders, Efficiency Effectiveness and Process and the necessity for Council rules. Handouts were given to Council and the City Manager.

Discussion on agenda format, public participation form, allotted time for speaking, council packages out on Thursday, services for citizens, Boards and Commissions responsibility to Council.

There being no further business to come before Council, on motion duly made by Hendricks, seconded by Wimberly and carried, the Special Council Meeting of March 14, 2008 is adjourned at 9:38 p.m.
