Consider approving minutes from the regular council meeting of November 5, 2007. B. CITY CLERK B-1. Consider approval of proposed Council meeting dates for 2008 calendar year in accordance with City of Inkster Charter, Section 7.1. C. BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS D PREVIOUS BUSINESS – TABLED ITEMS E. ORDINANCES FIRST READING(S) SECOND READING(S) F. CITY MANAGER G. NEW BUSINESS G-1. Resolution authorization a signature on the Intergovernmental Agreement for the 2007 JAG Grant so that the Police Department can begin utilizing the awarded funds ($29,740.00) G-2. To award a contract to the Architects Design Group of Ann Arbor Michigan for an assessment of the feasibility of a Senior Citizen Center in the City of Inkster in an amount not to exceed $12,000.00. Funds from account #208.697.977 (capital improvement). G-3 Administration requests that a resolution to accept the terms of the agreement between the AT&T Foundation and the City of Inkster Senior Services be adopted for the 2007 AT&T Excelerator grant program entitled “Seniors Connected”, and that the Program Director of Inkster Senior Services be authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City, and be named as the Grantee Representative for this project. ADD ON G-4 Allow the Administration to purchase Christmas decorations in an amount not to exceed $10,000.. H. CLOSED SESSION Council may enter into Closed Session to discuss contract negotiations, purchase or lease of real property and/or pending litigation in accordance with MCL 15.268 (a), (c), (d), and/or (e). H-1 Personnel in accordance with MCL 15.268 (c).
