CALL MEETING TO ORDER

The Special Meeting of the Council of the City of Inkster, Wayne County, Michigan, assembled in City Hall Council Chambers, 26215 Trowbridge, Inkster, MI at 6:13 p.m.

ROLL CALL

Honorable Council Present: DeArtriss Coleman-Richardson, Ernest Hendricks, Marcus Hendricks, Ronald Johnson, Mayor Hilliard L. Hampton II

Honorable Council Excused: Michael Canty, Harris-Foster

AGENDA

A-1 Discussion of Personnel issue.

Moved by E. Hendricks, seconded by Harris-Foster to convene in closed session at 6:13 p.m. for the purpose of discussing personnel in accordance with MCL 15.268 (a).

Councilman Canty arrived at 6:27 p.m.

Moved by Coleman-Richardson, seconded by Johnson to return to open session at 6:44 p.m.

07-10-291 S RESOLVED by E. Hendricks, seconded by Johnson to TABLE the City Manager’s request to exercise the 60 day clause in the contract with the City of Inkster.

There being no further business to come before Council, on motion duly made by Coleman-Richardson, and seconded by Johnson and carried, the Special Council Meeting of October 29, 2007 be adjourned at 6:46 p.m.
