A. CONSENT AGENDA

A-1. Consider approving minutes from the regular council meeting of August 20, 2007.

A-2. Consider approving quarterly payment of $2,268.00 to Michigan Municipal League for 2007/2007 membership dues. Funds from account 101.100.958.000 (membership/subscription).

A-3. Consider approving payment of Police and Fire Retirement System in the amount of $138,555.51 for August 2007 to be paid August 31, 2007.

A-4 Consider approving payment of Police and Fire Retirement System in the amount of $138,555.51 for September 2007 to be paid September 30, 2007.

A-5 Consider approving annual dues to the Conference of Western Wayne in the amount of $5,860.00. Funds from account 101.100.958.000 (membership/subscription).

D-1. Approve website update to include a citizen request module and a payment center at a rate of $703.00 per month and a one time set up fee of $500.00. Funds from account 101.941.801.030 (MIS Expenses).

D-2 Recommend awarding crime coverage to Fidelity & Deposit/Zurich – Brownrigg Companies LTD agent in the amount of $3,933.00 for the period of August 1, 2007 to July 31, 2008. Funds from account 941-910 (insurance).

G-2 Consider allowing Womack Temple C.M.E. Church to conduct a yard sale on September 22 and October 8 on Michigan Avenue between Justin Avenue and St. Michaels.

Council may enter into Closed Session to discuss contract negotiations, purchase or lease of real property and/or pending litigation in accordance with MCL 15.268 (a), (c), (d), and/or (e).
