        A-1.      Consider approving minutes from the regular council meeting of May 21, 2007.

        A-2.      Consider payment of Police and Fire Retirement System for the month of May in the amount of $138,555.51 to be paid on May 31, 2007.

        A-3.     Consider payment of Police and Fire Retirement System for the month of May in the amount of $138,555.51 to be paid on June 30, 2007.

B.    CITY CLERK

        B-1.      Allow the City Clerk to attend the Michigan Association of Municipal Clerks Annual Convention from June 26 – June 29, 2007 at a cost of $664.00. Funds from account #101.215.864.000.

              E-1        An ordinance to amend section 155.048 (c) of the code of ordinances of the City of Inkster entitled Uses Permitted Subject to Special Conditions.

              E-2.       An ordinance to amend section 155.110 of the code of ordinances of the City of Inkster entitled Special Conditions and Land Use Standards, by adding a new section 155.143 entitled Special Conditions for the Processing of Bio Diesel Fuels.

G.    NEW BUSINESS                                                                                                                       

        G-1.         Consider approving Second Amended Downtown Development Authority (DDA) Tax Increment Financing Plan.

        G-2.      Consider authorizing administration to apply for an annual permit from Wayne County to construct, operate, use/or maintain and to occupy the right of way of Wayne County roads.

        G-3.      Resolution approving Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Inkster and County of Wayne for the 2007 Justice Assistance Grant (JAG).

        G-4.      Amendment of the City of Inkster’s 2006/2007 Budget as presented.

        G-5.      Amend the City of Inkster’s 2006/2007 Budget to recognize a potential lag in the timing of forfeiture funds.

        G-6.      Award Spectron Denken Electric an amount of $13, 390.00 with a contingency of $1,339.00 (10%) for the purchase/installation/repair of parking lot lights poles at the recreation complex based on quotations received. Funds from account #208.697.977 (capital outlay).

        G-7.      Award bid to Better Hardwood Floors in the amount of $14,050.00 to sand and refinish and stripe the gymnasium floor and a racquetball court at the recreation complex. Funds from account #08.697.977 (capital outlay).

        G-8.      Award Engan-Tooley-Doyle and Associates an amount of $9,840.00 for the purchase /shipping/ installation of a slide for the swimming pool at the recreation complex. Funds from account #208.697.977 (capital outlay)

        G-9       Consider authorizing change order #1, in the amount of $32,000.00, to the contract awarded to Cadillac Asphalt Co. for the reconstruction of the parking lot at 26215 Trowbridge for additional work. Funds from #556.974.02 (Act 51 local streets capitol improvement).

H.    CLOSED SESSION

Council may enter into Closed Session to discuss contract negotiations, purchase or lease of real property and/or pending litigation in accordance with MCL 15.268 (a), (c), (d), and/or (e).

H-1          Pending Litigation in accordance with MCL 15.268 (a).
