A. CONSENT AGENDA

A-1. Consider approving minutes from the regular council meeting of April 2, 2007.

A-2 Consider payment of $12,502.62 to Milton Spokojny, City Attorney for services rendered in March 2007.

A-3. Consider approval of annual renewal membership in the Michigan Municipal League for 2007 in the amount of $9,072.00 to in quarterly increments of $2,268.00 each.

F. NEW BUSINESS

F-1. To permit the Administration to solicit quotations for the replacement of parking lot pole/fixtures and testing of current poles. Funds from account 208.697.977.

F-2. Authorization for the Fire Administration to accept the only proposed bid from Zoll Medical Corporation in the amount of $23,124.75 to purchase a 12 Lead Monitor for Advanced Life Support (ALS). Funds from account 339-760 (medical supplies).

F-3. Consider scheduling a public hearing for the proposed City of Inkster Tax Increment Finance Authority (TIFA) Third Amended and Tax Increment Financing Plan on May 21, 2007.

F-4. Consider scheduling the Employee Appreciation Breakfast on June 15, 2007.

G. CLOSED SESSION

Council may enter into Closed Session to discuss contract negotiations, purchase or lease of real property and/or pending litigation in accordance with MCL 15.268 (a), (c), (d), and/or (e).

G-1. Pending Litigation in accordance with MCL 15.268 (e).
