Citizens Bank Settlement Agreement

Citizens Bank has entered into a partnership with the City of Detroit to provide grants to homeowners to enhance the stability and revitalization of neighborhoods to be identified by the City and the bank. Further, Citizens Bank has agreed to take the actions described herein to ensure that its lending products and services in the Detroit area are made available and marketed in majority-black census tracts on no less favorable a basis than in majority-white census tracts, in a manner consistent with safe and sound lending practices.
