Congratulations to Anderson Miller, Jr., an 11th grader at Inkster High School. This contest was sponsored by The Inkster Image Committee to promote the City of Inkster. He is the recipient of $100 in prize money, three free t-shirts to give to family and friends, and recognition at City Council and the Summer Jazz Fest.

7th Annual Cruiser Classic Car Show

Location: The Recreation Complex

If you love the thrill of classic cars, come out the Recreation Complex and take a look at some of the finest classic cars in the area. The day promises to be full of exotic cars, tasty food, great music and lots of fun. There’s no charge for spectators.

Annual Halloween Party

Location: The Recreation Complex

Prizes, games, a costume contest, trick or treat bags and refreshments are all part of this fun filled evening, provided as an alternative to the traditional door to door trick or treat activities, just for you. Adult chaperones are invited to share in the fun.

Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony

Location: Inkster City Hall

Join us as we sing Christmas Carols, drink hot chocolate, eat cookies and await the arrival of Santa Claus.
