T-shirt Design Competition

A competition was held during the Spring of 2008 for middle and high school students to create a positive t-shirt design to promote the City of Inkster. Students from Blanchette Middle School, Robichaud Jr./Sr. High School and Inkster High School participated. The results of the competition are as follows:


Winner Anderson Miller, Jr. Inkster High School 11th Grade	Runner Up Danielle Hamilton Inkster High School 12th Grade	Honorable Mention Jahara Grady Robichaud Jr./Sr. High School 7th Grade	Honorable Mention Anthony Jackson Robichaud Jr./Sr. High School 7th Grade

Our winner, Anthony Miller, Jr., received $100.00 and three t-shirts with his winning design. Additionally, the winner, runner up, and two honorable mentions were recognized at a City Council Meeting as well as the Inkster Summer Jazz Fest. The winning t-shirt design is available for sale ($10.00) at Inkster City Hall located at 26215 Trowbridge. T-shirts are available in sizes Medium – XXXL. Colors include heather gray and black. Congratulations to all the students who participated in the Contest. All the designs we received were good. Thank you for your interest in presenting a positive image of our City.
