The City of Inkster is excited to announce its 2010 Inkster Summer Music Fest which is being held the second weekend in July - Saturday July 10 and Sunday July 11. Our annual summer festival is expanding to include a variety of music that will appeal to all. This year the Summer Music Fest will include local talent, jazz acts, R & B and Gospel Entertainment. Along with the music, the Summer Music Fest will consist of attractions for the kids, a rib cook-off, food and merchandise vendors, and fantastic fireworks!
The Inkster Summer Music Fest will again be held on Inkster Road, just north of Michigan Avenue. With the continuing support of the City of Inkster and Wayne County, Inkster Road will be closed to traffic between Michigan Avenue and Colonial Drave and will be open to "Dancing in the streets!" Last year's event attracted several thousand participants from the tri-county area and was a remarkable success. Our goal is to set a new attendance record in 2010.
We would like to invite you to be a part of the action and demonstrate your support of the Summer Music Fest by sponsoring this extraordinary community festival or by becoming a business or community partner. There are several levels of sponsorships available as well as "Partnership" opportunities.
- Title ($7,500) - One sponsorship available at this level: Gateway banner with logo, 1 booth space, large sign/banner in front of the stage, business name listed on thank you sign, sponsor logo in all printed media, VIP parking pass, promotional gift bag (T-shirts), plaque and sponsorship mention on stage.
- Platinum ($5,000): 1 booth space, large sign/banner in front of the stage, business name listed on thank you sign, sponsor logo in all printed media, VIP parking pass, plaque and sponsorship mention on stage.
- Gold ($3,000): 1 booth space, medium sign/banner near stage, business name listed on thank you sign, sponsor logo listing in all printed media, plaque and sponsorship mention on stage.
- Silver ($1,000): 1 booth space, small sign/banner near stage, business name listed on thank you sign, sponsor logo in all printed media, certificate of appreciation and sponsorship mention on stage.
- Bronze ($500): Business name listed on thank you sign, sponsor logo in all printed media, certificate of appreciation and sponsorship mention on stage.
Partnership Opportunities
- Bouncers/Giant Slide: $2,500
- Horse and Pony Rides: $2,000
- Climbing Tower: $1,000
