2009 Jazz Fest - Sponsor Information

The Inkster Summer Jazz Fest is an extraordinary event that attracted several thousand participants from the Tri-County area last year.  This year's Summer Jazz Fest will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2009 and Sunday, July 12, 2009 on Inkster Road just north of Michigan Avenue.

Now in its 11th year, the Inkster Summer Jazz Fest will consist of games, food and entertainment for the entire family.  Again partnering with Smooth Jazz V98.7 FM, the Inkster Summer Jazz Fest will feature local and national jazz and gospel entertainment, a rib cook-off for local churches, attractions for kids, food and merchandise vendors, fireworks and much more.  Last year's event was a tremendous success and our goal is to set a new record in 2009.

The Summer Jazz Fest Committee is offering several types of sponsorship for your consideration.  We ask that you demonstrate your support of the Summer Jazz Fest by selecting a level of participation below:

  • Diamond ($10,000):  Gateway banner with logo, 1 booth space, large sign/banner in front of the stage, business name listed on thank you sign, radio ad, sponsor logo in all printed media, VIP parking pass, promotional gift bag (T-shirts), plaque and sponsorship mention on stage.  (One sponsorship available at this level).
  • Platinum ($5,000):  1 booth space, large sign/banner in front of the stage, business name listed on thank you sign, radio ad, sponsor logo in all printed media, VIP parking pass, promotional gift bag (T-shirts), plaque and sponsorship mention on stage.
  • Gold ($2,500):  1 booth space, medium sign/banner near stage, business name listed on thank you sign, sponsor logo listing in all printed media, VIP parking pass, promotional gift bag (T-shirts), plaque and sponsorship mention on stage.
  • Silver ($1,000):  1 booth space, small sign/banner near stage, business name listed on thank you sign, sponsor logo in all printed media, certificate of appreciation and sponsorship mention on stage.
  • Bronze ($500):  Business name listed on thank you sign, sponsor logo in all printed media, certificate of appreciation and sponsorship mention on stage.
