Basement Flooding Applications

Attention City of Inkster residents, until further notice the Department of Public Services will be continuing to take the Damage Assessment forms for damages tied to the large rainfalls that the City experienced recently. Forms can be picked up and dropped off at Department of Public Services office, 26900 Princeton, Inkster MI, 48141 between the hours of 7:30 am until 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. You can also pick up these forms at Inkster City Hall from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. All forms will be forwarded to Wayne County from the Department of Public Services office. 

The City of Inkster’s rubbish hauler, GFL Environmental, will be running trucks in the City of Inkster this Saturday, May 11, 2019 to pick debris from the flood. Please place debris from the flood out between the sidewalk and the curb by 8:00 am on Saturday. Please do not leave items scattered all over your front area. All items should be neatly set out between the sidewalk and the curb.
