How to File a Complaint
- Call the hotline and leave a detailed message including the property address.
- Email blight@cityofinkster.com with photos (if available) and a description of the issue.
- Provide your contact information if you would like a follow-up (optional).
Next Steps
- Once a complaint is received, the Department will review and take appropriate action.
- All reports are confidential to the extent allowed by law.
